When you submit a form here, we collect what you type into it: your name, company, email, phone number, and website. Form submissions are delivered to a Google Sheet we control. That's it — we don't buy data about you, we don't run ad trackers or analytics cookies, and we don't build a profile of you. Our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs and anonymous page-speed metrics.
Calls to or from our AI demo line are recorded and transcribed, and the AI discloses both facts in the first line of every call. The demo may also text a follow-up to the number you provided. We use those recordings to demonstrate and improve the intake — the same standard we hold for client calls.
When a roofing company hires us, our AI operator answers and returns calls on that company's behalf. On those calls we process what the caller shares: name, phone number, address, the roof problem, insurance or payment details relevant to the job, and the call recording and transcript.

We share information only with the providers required to operate: voice-AI infrastructure (Retell AI), telephony and SMS carriers, Google Workspace (form delivery, logs, sheets, calendar), Stripe (billing — card numbers go to Stripe, never to us), and Vercel (hosting). Each gets only what its job requires.
If you received an outreach email from us, we found your business contact information from public sources — your company website or business listings. Reply with a word and we'll remove you from our list and delete your info.
