Roofer Conversion Lab provides services to roofing companies: an AI phone operator that answers calls and calls back web leads, a second-check desk that handles depreciation-release completion paperwork on completed insurance jobs, and conversion landing-page systems. The specific scope, pricing, and guarantee for each service are stated on its page of this site and in the Client Service Agreement you accept at checkout.
We report what we can count and you can verify: answered calls, captured contacts, and booked inspections. We never promise jobs, revenue, or sales outcomes — what happens after the callback is your sales process, not ours.
Services are month-to-month, flat per-file, or one-time flat-fee, as stated on each service page. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime by email or through your billing portal. Refund terms — including the AI operator's 30-day guarantee and the exact definition of a billable booked inspection — are defined in the Client Service Agreement.
Lead information captured for you — contact details, lead sheets, bookings, and recordings of your calls — belongs to you, as stated in the Client Service Agreement. Where a service builds assets for you (such as pilot landing pages), ownership is as stated on that service's page. Our handling of personal information is covered by the Privacy Policy.
